We’ve been using Alpha for almost 3 years, and we are very pleased with their service. My 80-year-old grandmother likes Jason quite a bit, and dealing with Sammy on the phone is wonderful as well. And our tenants really like them also. It’s kind of odd to have a tenant tell you that they like your AC man and only want him to come. – They just came out on a Friday morning (same day, within 2 hours in the summer) to take care of my grandmother’s AC being out, and I’m so grateful. We used the same company for our rental units and homes for well over a decade, and we are so happy we switched.
